Description

The most charming valley of Bumthang is indeed one of the best places to visit in Bhutan. Comprising of four smaller valleys, the deeply spiritual region of Bumthang is shrouded in religious legends. It is also home to the great Buddhist teacher and treasure revealer, Terton Pema Lingpa to whose descendants, the present Wangchuck dynasty traces its origin.
